The scope of engineering services offer by the firm are inclusive of preliminary engineering works, designs work, preparation of tender document, project management and site supervision. We are can able to undertake different type of projects amongst others as listed below :-

ROAD SAFETY AUDIT
The company has undertaken many Road Safety Audit for Stage 1, 2, 3 , 4 Part 1, 4 Part 2, 4 Part 3 and 5

These to include design of swimming pool, deep basement with  deep excavation or with diaphragm wall
construction.

BRIDGES
These to include single and multi span bridges. The scope to include amongst others    analysis of bridge flow capacity, bridge foundation, pier and deck slab.

BUILDINGS
        Commercial Buildings : these to include multi storey hotel, office, petrol station, hostel campus and multi storey car park .
        Residential buildings : these to include terrace house, bungalow and hostel campus.
        Mosque :  these to include large capacity mosque (ie. 6000 person capacity) with special  space frame design for the dome and large trellis area.
        Factory : these to include steel structure for factories (ie portal frame etc.)  and RC design for workshop.

HOUSING SCHEME
These to include earthwork, road and drainage system , water supply inclusive of elevated water tank and suction tank, sewerage reticulation and waste water treatment, and gas supply.

LAND RECLAMATION / GROUND IMPROVEMENT
These to include site exploration, study of site conditions, study of estimated ground settlement, proposal of soil improvement, proposal of construction formation level, design of any retaining structure for instance water channel wall, and design of revetment for coastal protection.

RAILWAY INDUSTRY
In line with the government’s policy to ensure that rail transportation remains an interactive option, the company has employed an in-house expertise to provide services in the railway Industry.

ROADS                                                                                       
To design with new approach adopted by JKR and PLUS where all stages of design are fully computerized starting from land survey up to final output of road profile. The scope of design to include amongst others road alignment, road profile, road foundation, earthwork (ie. hill cut and fill embankment), drainage system inclusive of culverts, river diversion, checking of stability of cut sloped, retaining walls and bridges. Involve in different type of design standard, from low standard of JKR 01 to high standard of JKR R6 (highway).


SLOPE STABILITY
These to include site exploration, study of site conditions inclusive of underground water movement, analysis of slope factor of safety and proposal of slope treatment to achieve      acceptable factor of safety.

TELECOMMUNICATION
These to include site preparation, deliver and supply cabins, Roof top gantry, guide mast , monopole and lattice towers.
